Monster High 13 Wishes Collection: The ghouls help Howleen Wolf undo the dark side of the wishes she makes through Gigi Grant. Lagoona Blue doll's fintastic outfit here is inspired by the movie, with iconic ocean hue skin, a sheer purple and aqua multilayered skirt, platform wedges and coordinating underwater goggles. Her aqua-handled fish tank purse carries her beloved pet piranha Neptuna. The doll's shimmering long gold locks are pinned in an uptwist and accented by a bright, pink flower. This head-to-toe ensemble is simply spooktacular.
